Terms of Service

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• Users between 13 and 18 may only use the app with consent from a parent or guardian.
• You provide accurate information when you register and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account.

• Share your own content: reviews, messages, events, tours and business information.
• Book and reserve with businesses through the app.
• Businesses may create a business or talent profile and add ticket links (PRO feature).
• Contact other members of the community through messages and reviews.

• Posting hateful, racist, threatening or sexually explicit content.
• Sharing misleading or false information about your business, events or reviews.
• Offering or promoting illegal services, products or activities.
• Spam, phishing or automated scraping of Suriplace.
• Committing fraud, posting fake reviews or impersonating others.
• Circumventing security or exploiting vulnerabilities.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension or permanent account termination.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Suriplace. You grant Suriplace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and promote that content within the service for as long as your account exists. If you remove the content or your account we remove the content as well (except for aggregates or back-ups that must be retained by law).

• PRO subscriptions and Boost purchases are processed via the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Cancellation is done through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Refunds follow the policy of the respective app store.
• Gold Promotions are one-off purchases and are processed within 3 business days after payment.

Suriplace is a platform that connects users with businesses. Bookings, reservations and appointments you make are agreements between you and the relevant business. Suriplace is not a party to that agreement. We moderate content where possible but cannot guarantee that everything on the platform is accurate, complete or reliable.

We strive to keep Suriplace available and working correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, VPX Ventures, Suriplace and our staff are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service evolves or for legal reasons. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
